1. Bookings

All appointments, coaching sessions, Reiki sessions, wellness services, workshops, courses, and programs must be booked through our official website or approved booking channels.

By making a booking, you agree that:

*All information provided is accurate and complete

*You are responsible for attending your scheduled appointment

*Online sessions require a stable internet connection and suitable device access

*Session times are scheduled according to Australian Western Standard Time (AWST), unless otherwise stated

Booking confirmations and related information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan or installment arrangement has been offered.

We reserve the right to:

*Refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion

*Correct pricing or website errors

*Modify pricing without prior notice

*Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking or restricted access to services and digital products.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible.

Coaching, Wellness & Private Sessions

*Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session

*Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be considered a late cancellation

*Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are generally non-refundable

*Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be offered at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital, educational, and transformational nature of our products and services, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products & Downloads

No refunds will be provided for:

*Digital downloads

*Online courses

*PDFs

*Audio files

*Videos

*Memberships

*Instant-access content

Once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, refunds cannot typically be issued.

Coaching, Sessions & Programs

Refunds are generally not available for:

*Completed sessions

*Missed appointments

*Partially used packages

*Change of mind purchases

If exceptional circumstances apply, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Subscription & Payment Plans

For memberships, subscriptions, or installment plans:

*Payments must be made on scheduled due dates

*Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access

*Subscription cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges

*Any overdue balances remain payable even if access is suspended.

6. Workshop & Event Cancellations

If The Magic Mindset Co. cancels or reschedules a workshop, course, or event:

Participants may be offered a transfer, credit, rescheduled date, or refund at our discretion

We are not responsible for:

*Travel expenses

*Accommodation costs

*Indirect losses associated with cancellations or schedule changes

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from The Magic Mindset Co., you agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

*Suspension of services

*Permanent restriction from future purchases

*Collection or legal action where applicable
